Bloomsburg Baseball Loses to Lock Haven

NEWPORT NEWS, VA—The Bloomsburg University baseball team dropped its second straight game at the Apprentice School Tournament in Newport News, VA losing to Lock Haven 13-3.

After the Huskies came up empty in the top half of first, the Bald Eagles scored 11 times in the bottom half of the first. Three Bloomsburg errors, two wild pitches and three walks aided Lock Haven in the inning. David Miller and Aaron Neideigh each had two run singles in the inning.

Brian Zorger led the Huskies going 1-3 with an RBI.

The Huskies are 1-2 on the season.
